Precious Metal: Stats + The Jefferson Airplane Crash + My America + Wetnurse @ Lit Lounge 032309

Finally, a chance to check out Wetnurse since their debut, 'Invisible City', dropped to some very positive reviews. My boy Curran is the drummer and also started the Precious Metal party, so it was really cool for him to open the show when they could have easily headlined. Virginia's The Jefferson Airplane Crash, My America and Stats rounded out the bill.

Precious Metal: My America + Ain't Rights + Praqtiss @ Lit Lounge 020209

I briefly chatted with Irene, the singer from the oddly-named Ain't Rights before the show and she was a pretty funny girl. They were a hard-rockin trio and the drummer is the guy from Pollution. My America and Praqtiss also did their thing in the basement.
